    Well I am looking for an A9L computer out of a foxbody stang if not then a cpu out of a Sn-95 will work.. I am having problems with my car smoking a bit, So I am gonna out some things. Also, do u all think the harness out of my car will work with this cpu? I think it should.

    Its all good bro. I was reading up on other threads and some guys are saying the A9P is just as good as an A9L. Then some people are saying that its foolish to swap down to one of those ECU's.

    its not really a swap down in my opinion. The A9 ecu series adapts better to modified motors as compared to the newer models. I know some who have picked up some good amount of horsepower by just swapping to a A9L. I had an A9P in my LX

    A9P came with AOD. I had one in a fox coupe 5spd, worked fine with the 347 on stock tune.
